We absolutely loved our stay at Africamps Oakhurst. We had the best fun-filled weekend. The staff were all friendly, helpful and accommodating. The kids enjoyed all the activities. The forest walk is breathtaking. Food is delicious. Beds are comfy. The hot tub was amazing. The farm is stunning. Everything was explained in detail - great communication. The horses are well groomed and beautiful. My son loved the pony rides. We wanted a break to unwind where the kids won't be bored. This place is a true gem.. We will surely return

It was a really relaxing location. The ocean is 5minutes walk away, but the river is always calm. The staff couldn’t do enough to help and were really welcoming. The rooms are enchanting, we were in Stone Cottage which is a well equipped 2 bed unit with a thatched roof

Just amazing! The apartment has an optimal space for a several day stay. We loved the yoga equipment and enjoyed a sunny morning stretch on the balcony. The staff were was creating an ambience of comfort and wellbeing.

Location ia great, with a nice view over the sea. The atmosphere at the hostel is great, with a nice bar and nice staff.

Bordering the Wildeness National Park, Fairy Knowe Backpackers Lodge features a garden equipped with BBQ facilities. Guests will find a bar on site and can make use of the shared kitchen.

I have stayed in hundreds of backpacker's lodges around the world, but this one is the best. The location is unrivaled - you are surrounded by stunning nature. There are milkwood trees that are hundreds of years old and many beautiful birds have chosen this part of the indigenous forest as their home. The staff are truly wonderful and make everyone feel like family. The bar often has live musicians and the accommodation building is a 150 year old Victorian gem. There are also private chalets with en suite bathrooms. There is a spectacular national park within walking distance and kayaks can be rented to explore the nearby river. This place has it all, but the unique atmosphere is why I'll definitely be back.
