My family and I loved the entire place. It was clean and fully equipped. There are so many fun games to play and it is family friendly. This is an amazing place to stay with such an amazing host. Highly recommend this place for a family or even a group of friends. And I would definitely go back there.

This place has a lovely decor, comfortable beds, wonderful gardens, super cute dogs and kids. We were able to visit Tsitsikamma park, some hikings, grilled some braai, all with extra comfort. This place, the small city, the park, everything was perfect. Wish we can come back one day.

Our hosts, Jan and Antoinette were very welcoming and friendly. Beautiful accommodation, with everything that we needed to ensure that we had a wonderful stay. We enjoyed the breakfast too and the accommodation was very close to a variety of restaurants too. We hope to return there again when we are next in the area.

We really loved our stay. The apartment is so beautifully located between the mountains and is so spacious. It is next to the hosts house and garden, however there’s enough privacy. They invited us to see the South-African rugby game with them and heated the hottub for us. We even met their newest family member: a puppy!

There was a huge storm in stormsriver the day we arrived, Herman allowed us to check in early as we had kids with us. A tree knocked out the power but the cottages had a generator and the kitchens had everything you’d need to self cater without. The layout was perfect for the kids to have one room to chill and my husband and I have a few quiet drinks. Herman was an excellent communicator and beyond helpful.

Set in a large forest garden, with abundant bird life and trees, Andelomi Forest Lodge is situated at the foot of the Storms River Peak in Tsitsikamma.
