The location is truly unique, and the accommodation inside a converted train is 5 star luxury, it really is one of a kind, and the quality of service was outstanding, my wife and I had the most wonderful stay at Shalati, in fact I would say that we loved every minute of it. 🙏🙏

Ten stars is not enough, it was a perfect experience! - Wonderfully modernized hotel. - Top quality staff. - Very nice restaurant. Because it's in a camp, you can take sunrise tours and night tours, I would recommend staying more than 2 days. Another big advantage was the ability to make reservations through Booking.com, while other accommodations at the camp had to be booked through the official national park website.

Everything is fantastic!! The setting, view, location, food, service, rooms are all amazing. Exceeded our expectations. Safari drives were brilliant - Jimmy was a great guide and KG and the team really looked after us at the lodge.

Lion Sands was an incredible experience! The room we stayed in was like its own private villa with every amenity you could want. The safari drives were amazing, and the staff was what really made our stay special. Our guide Albert and tracker Mishak were the best! They really went above and beyond to make sure we saw every animal possible, and were so knowledgable and fun to be around. Emotion was our waiter the whole time and he always made sure we had everything we wanted! Fortune was also amazing and helped us with our camera rental. Everyone who worked there was so welcoming and professional.

Staff were awesome best holiday experience. Justice was superb as our safari driver really went out of his way to make game viewing experience memorable for us. Ronald's cusine was 5 star restaurant quality. Silence, D man, Thomas and Kenny kept us hydrated throughout our stay with laughter and high spirits making this holiday experience one of our best. Amazing people and amazing place! They treat you like family and the food, omg, so good and homemade, best bobotie ever! The bed was very comfy and the facilities in general were great, also having the swimming looking out to wildlife, so nice! Highly recommended, especially staying in Sabi Sands, we got to see so many animals and super close. We will be back for sure. Thank you very much for everything.
