United KingdomEverything!! The location is so beautiful. The accommodation is outstanding, the experiences they offer are amazing, but most of all, the team at Lichenry are exceptional. They make you feel at home right away. The service is more than 5 star. They make you feel so comfortable. And the food, simply out of this world. Richard is the lynchpin to this phenomenal operation of great service and conservation. He is so knowledgeable about the animals and a fantastic guide and Ranger. Patrick at Front of House makes sure everything is perfect for guests and Doubt, makes sure you are watered and fed with grace and amazing service and humour . I can't say enough about the amazing chef.. The food is as good as any Michelin star restaurant in London. This is a gem of a place that has been hidden too long from the UK traveller to South Africa. It is so with the 2.5 hour drive from Johannesburg. This is South Africa at its best.

The chalet was well equipped with all necessities and very spacious. The extra blankets and bedding was wonderful.
The Rare Game drive was also a great experience. The kids enjoyed it a lot. The kids play area is the best. Lots to do.
