Our stay at Buhala lodge was beyond our expectations, from the place, the small personal touches in every corner, the staff, everything was perfect. We were there for a few days of our honey moon and they even choose a room with views to the river from every corner of the room. It was an amazing stay! We saw so many animals at the river from the terrace of the lodge. The room was much bigger than we thought and we had a very good bed which was extremy comfortable! It was the lodge in which we slept best during our South Africa trip! We really enjoyed this spacious, clean and cozy accommodation with that amazing river view (= beautiful sunsets and sunrises and plenty of game and birds!!!). We had plenty of space there and we were helped so much by the manager Greg who suggested us a very good and affordable mechanic for our vehicle issues which were solved quickly and for very little costs by this mechanic. Furthermore it was a very cozy and lovely stay at this lodge and it was just a 10 minutes drive to the Malelane Gate of the Kruger Park. We would defenitly come back to this lodge and we will recommend it to our friends.

Amazing location. Situated at the Crocodile River looking out over the Kruger Park. There is a huge deck with chairs and couches from which animals can be spotted while enjoying a deink from the bar. Dinner and breakfast are included, both very good!

Hamiltons Lodge & Restaurant is located a short drive from the Malelane Kruger Gate into Kruger National Park. It offers a garden with outdoor pool.

Great rooms with comfortable bed and plenty of space. Super shower. Coffee maker, kettle and fridge. Extensive satellite tv channels. Reasonably priced restaurant with a good choice of food and a wonderful breakfast. We were a multi generational family and both the double and family rooms were equally good, the family room having a double and a twin bedroom. The grandchildren loved the pool and it couldn’t have been better placed for Kruger National Park, being 400m from Malelane gate. We never even noticed load shedding! Special thanks to Derek, who made our stay even more special thanks to his attentiveness.

The hospitality was exceptional, Sbusiso went an extra mile to make our kids experience the best holiday, the companion and walks. Carrot and Apollo were a great hosts too. The food was great.
