A wonderful oasis in the Magoebaskloof mountains. Perfect place to break the long drive from Kruger to Oliver Tambo airport and celebrate my husband’s birthday. Anders and Douglas were wonderful hosts (you need to hear the story about he python and the dog!). Dinner was sublime. We should have done 2 nights not one to truly bask in the piece and beauty of Graceland.

One of the highlights of the stay is the opportunity to enjoy a safari right on the lodge's farm. With zebras and giraffes roaming freely, it’s an unforgettable experience that brings you closer to Limpopo's stunning wildlife. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, ensuring a restful stay. A big thank you to our housekeeper, Grace, for her excellent work. Another housekeeper even took a torn dress home to repair it — a thoughtful gesture that shows the dedication of the staff. This time, we were determined to leave a note to express our satisfaction. The caretaker agreed to move us to a cottage with a lake view free of charge because that’s what we wanted upon arrival. The location is quite private and cosy, it’s in the bushes and not much to be done I think it’s convenient if you want some quiet time with your partner.
