The setting in the middle of nature, away from the aerea in Lac where most visitors and tour buses stay, was so peaceful. Our room overlooking the rice fields were beautiful. If you come across this review, don’t look any further. The staff is super friendly and the pool a nice way to relax after the ‘’must bike tour” around the villages. The evening show of the Thai dancers was a nice touch.

Providing a terrace, Mai Châu Lotus provides accommodation in Mai Chau. There is a private bathroom with bidet in every unit, along with free toiletries, a hairdryer and slippers.

The property was well maintained, spacious and clean. We were able to take bikes for free around the town and had a filling breakfast of bread, eggs and some fruit/veges. Trin was kind and went above and beyond to help us and we are very grateful.

Nestled in the beautiful Mai Chau Valley, restful stays, scenic treks and biking trips await at this lodge. It features an outdoor pool, steam baths and a restaurant offering daily buffet breakfast.

Brilliant location, great place to stay. Staff are so helpful and kind. Nothing too much trouble. We were even invited to their end of year party, which we thoroughly enjoyed Room was very clean and bed super comfy. Facilities include steam room, sauna etc, kayaking, and a tour of their cave. Enjoyed every minute of our stay, and would most definitely come again.

With mountain views, Sundara Retreat is set in Hòa Bình and has a restaurant, a kids' club, bar, garden, terrace and children's playground.

The accommodation is secluded and luxurious, and the staff are incredibly accommodating and professional. The restaurant is good, with a good array of choice with a chance to try the local dishes. On our second day, the Lodge arranged for a trip with a local guide, Duan, which turned out to be one of the most memorable days of our holiday. This was partly because our host was able to make suggestions and tailor the trip, like seeing the local market that was only open on Sundays. The local guide was very informative (despite the language barrier), knew the area inside out and deeply invested in teaching us about his culture. A special mention also to the restaurant manager, Thiem, who is a hospitality pro and always aware of his guests needs and wants, without needing to tell him. A brilliant place to stay.

Loved it! We had a lovely and chill stay there and enjoyed every second. The staff is sooooo nice and we had lots of fun, even though they don‘t speak english, they tried their best to help us.
