I absolutely loved my stay here. The staff are extremely friendly and kind (they'll even teach you Swahili if you ask 😉). The bungalow felt like a tropical paradise and the location is superb, a short walk to the beach. There's also a friendly pup that hangs around and loves pats. Highly recommend and hope to be back again! Asante sana.

As the name implies "dream" place. More than a hotel! felt like visiting family. Not our first time to stay at Zanzibar Dream Lodge, and definitely not the last! Kassim and staff always had time for a good chat and were incredibly welcoming and helpful. Helping with all needs and trips to the must see/do places and the hidden gems in Zanzibar. Our room was nice and clean, and enjoyed a break in a cool room after long, warm day. And also liked the beautiful outside areas. Zanzibar Dream Lodge is a very nice, chill, quiet and relaxing place. Attended a swahili food course. Fun, cosy and gave a further understanding of the Zanzibari-culture. Otherwise enjoyed amazing food from their restaurant.
