Out of all the hotel we stayed at this one will have to be the best. They have their own app in which we can use to ask questions and order room service, etc. Quality of the stay was immaculate, customer service was excellent. Nothing bad to say about it.

Such a wonderful hotel! Not the most luxurious one but definitely one of the most welcoming hotel to stay in Chiangmai. Staffs are friendly and the breakfast is lovely with really nice outdoor tables to enjoy the meals.

The staff were pleasant and helpful, as well as efficient. It is a great location in the old city, and close to the old city walls and some beautiful temples. Close to the Sunday night market, and during the week, close to the Lanna Square food court, which also has live music of a night time.
