We stayed in Trabelodge 5 nights. We have been initially placed in a room on 4th floor next to the elevator, however we got worried it will be noisy, so we asked the staff to change the room and they immediately arranged it. They gave us 415 the last room on the floor. It was quiet and we enjoyed good night sleep. They were very efficient blackout curtains, great water pressure and good shower. We liked it was 5 min walking distance to Central Phuket mall. Next to the hotel was 24h laundry and you pay 150BHT for washing and drying. You could find also massage parlor and pharmacy as well. 7/11 was 10 min walking distance. Breakfast at the hotel was 500BHT for 2 people a bit pricey, but good, you could find different options to chose from. The hotel had nice design, we definitely enjoyed spending time in the pool, even when it rained. We could order cocktails as it was all day long Happy hour. There is small gym with dumbells range 2.5kg to 25kg, a bench, a cable machine and few cardio machines. It worked fine for me. Overall we enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

There is an extensive menu with all kinds of delicious things for order. The staff felt like friends after only a day, and the service was very personal, but not in an intrusive way. There is an optional washing service included for fair prices, by simply leaving the washing basket in front of the hotel door. The music in the restaurant is varied and the staff is good at adjusting it to the feel of the moment. They check with you if it's okay or too loud. The place is pretty, clearly loved and well cared for and there are beautiful plants in the garden. The swimming pool is open throughout the night. The nearby street's noise is very well subdued and imperceptible enough to calmly relax. There is a cannabis shop included in the hotel and an environment friendly to smoking without it being obnoxious. There is a trustworthy bike rental place at the corner of the street. and some 24h shops within 5 mins walking.

Chalong Chalet Resort is located atop a hill on Chalong Bay. The resort features a swimming pool, restaurant, and rooms with cable TV. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

It was a wonderful family moment here. Great service extremely accommodating to us. Especially the personal host that she very kind assistance to all the things we expected and professional. The cleanliness and facilities condition of the resort awesome. Our kids has enjoyed the private pool in villas and the main pool by the beach as well as very big waterpark various of activities which are all inclusive of our accommodation. Breakfast is very nice and various of meal selection l, all restaurant staff very nice. Thanks for everything and give us a great experiences and we will definitely come back again.

Good management with very efficient and friendly staff. Refurbished and all infrastructure is up to date. Feels a bit like home with a modern cuisine including all necessary equipment for cooking. Also fine restaurants nearby and the beautiful Bang Tao beach is within easy walking distance. Good value for money. It was a very enjoyable stay indeed. Fine rooms and 2 nice and comfortable bungalows.
