We stayed at Island Bungalow in La Digue from August 13 to 18 and we had a wonderful time! The place is peaceful, clean, and very well located — perfect for exploring the island. Fred was incredibly kind and helpful from the beginning. He made us feel at home, and even provided us with bikes, which made getting around super easy. The breakfast was rich, fresh, and absolutely delicious every morning. We really looked forward to it each day! Everything was perfect — we truly recommend Island Bungalow and would definitely come back. Thank you, Fred!

We absolutely loved our stay at La Digue Island Lodge where we celebrated our wedding and honeymoon. The location was like a dream — our cottage just 30 meters from the shore was beautifully decorated, surrounded by flowers and palm trees, with stunning views of the ocean and nature. The hospitality was exceptional. They went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, from the welcome wine in our room to the lovely decorations after our beach wedding. The resort itself felt like a cozy retreat, perfect for a romantic getaway. If you're looking for a magical place to celebrate special moments or simply relax in paradise, La Digue Island Lodge is the place to be. We can't recommend it enough for its serene atmosphere and outstanding service. Very comfortable and lovely being directly on the beach. Enjoyed going for early morning swim, eating takeaway lunch at table on the porch and watching sunset. The location is great it’s just a fun short bike ride to the centre and there is a supermarket and takeaways very nearby. Our host Christopher was very attentive, brought bikes to rent to the chalet, organized taxi to ferry, proposed restaurants and made reservation.

We had an amazing stay at this guesthouse! Our host, Tahiri, was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome. The room was spacious, and the large, comfortable bed ensured a great night’s sleep. The breakfast was excellent, with some variation each day - fresh fruits, bread, and several egg options, more than enough to start the day well. The bike rental was also great - modern, well-maintained bikes at a fair price, perfect for exploring the island. The location was convenient, just a 5-minute bike ride from the harbor. There are a few supermarkets and takeaways close by, including one right next to the guesthouse. We also appreciated the recommended shuttle transfer to and from the ferry - it was definitely worth taking instead of walking with luggage. Highly recommended!

O'Soleil Chalets Self Catering is located in La Digue. The property has a tropical garden and is only a few steps away from Anse Severe beach, the best on the island for sunsets.

Very comfortable. Extremely clean. One minute walking from one of the nicest beaches in La Digue. Don't miss the sunset and the tortoises. The owner, Frank, was very helpful. Outstanding. A true gem.
