We had the most wonderful stay at Tiki Ora Lodge! From the moment we arrived, Francesca and Patrick made us feel so welcome – they are truly the kindest and loveliest people you’ll ever meet. Their warmth and hospitality made our trip even more special. Our accommodation was perfect – clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained with thoughtful little touches throughout. We especially loved the private outdoor area at the back, and well as the deck out the front where we ate in the evening.The air conditioning and ceiling fans kept us cool and comfortable throughout our stay. We also a fantastic time renting bikes from them and exploring Vaitape and Matira Beach – such a fun way to see the island! One of the highlights of our trip was a boat tour recommended by Francesca, which included diving in the lagoon, visiting a motu (private island), enjoying traditional food, and even making our own pareos (sarongs). It was truly unforgettable. Take our advice – if Francesca recommends something, go for it!

Very nice play to stay in Bora! Just a few minutes ride from the ferry and from the sputh point, where Matira beach is. The apartment is very comfortable and big, you have alot of space for your stuff, well equipped kitchen, AC if needed, a fan over the bed, sofa and even a terrace. There are some stairs to go up the bed, which can be a challenge for persons with reduced mobility but was no problem for us. Bed and pillows were really comfortable. The place is quiet, there's parking space and the owner is extremely nice and helpful. We would definitely come back 😊

We stayed a week at Mareta Lodge. The unit is new and modern inside (much more to our liking than the more traditional wooden decor in many of the expensive resorts). The bed and AC make the stay very comfortable. There is heaps of storage to the point where my wife could fully unpack! There is free wifi, flexible check in/out and all doors are well sealed to keep insects/heat out. The kitchen is has an induction cooktop, microwave/convection oven, a rice cooker and kettle. There is a lovely Al fresco undercover area with outdoor table and chairs overlooking a tropical garden. The location is superb, next to a local convenience store and 10mins walking distance to Matira beach, the best public beach on the island, along with many restaurants. Would definitely recommend staying here

The hosts ensured pick up from the port after arrival. They did absolutely everything to make my stay as perfect as it could be. The day of checkout they arranged for me to go to the beach and drop off my luggage. It really was a wonderful start of my holidays. And what a great terrace with sea view. Mauruuru ♥️
