Everything about Melbourne Lodge was fantastic!! The manager Vineed was extremely helpful and accommodating. Not only did I get an upgrade, but he allowed me to choose which room I wanted even!! Location is up a steep slope 5 mins from town and offers views of the lake!!

short answer: everything. We loved staying here it was very comfortable and had everything you could need. the location was nice and quiet and away from all the hustle and bustle of Queenstown but close enough so that getting in to explore or shop was pretty easy to do.
