The room is very cosy. I can get everything I need in the room. Full kitchen facilities, laundry, ovens, very comfortable sofa, I really feel like home and it's better than home as it's in this beautiful Tekapo! And I love the animals, they are so cute and feeding them is such a good experience. I will come again to this lovely place for star gazing as the weather was so cloudy in the two nights I stayed thus I couldn't see a single star...

The place is lovely and in the middle of nature, the best we had on our 10 days trip on the south island. We stayed in 'Tom's hut', this is detached from the main building but right next to it. The hut is very cosy and the heating is very strong. We also really liked the common areas with the big kitchen and the fireplace with firewood. While staying there, we hiked across the farm and beyond on land that's not public to enjoy the beautiful scenery, a unique experience. Thanks Alana for being so helpful and for her kids showing us the farm animals :)

We really enjoyed the beautiful place. It is super classy, clean, spacious and sense of good taste throughout. Everything you need is there. The location is also excellent, very easy and short walk to the lake, yet it is very quiet and private for peaceful time of rest and relaxation.

This property is exceptional. The views of Lake Tekapo were magical. Home was beautiful and well stocked with all of the essentials. The open fire was also a wow moment. Five stars all the way.

Exceptional house with self contained flat attached. Large kitchen with all the cutlery and utensils you need. We cooked a wonderful meal and sat 9 people around the big dining table to enjoy it. Beds were very comfortable.
