We went in the first week of October 2024. Calm and quiet. Perfect location, super clean, size is enough for a family of 4 or 5. Cozy living area and dinning area. Kitchen is fully equipped. It was a great stay and we wanted to stay more days, bcz we loved the accommodation. It felt like home......there's a waterfall next to the house, but it doesnt bother sleeping, bcz house is sound proof. Bathroom has floor heating too. Super comfortable beddings and clean bed linens. We really didn't expect that much cozyness for the amount of money that we spend for the accommodation. It's beyond our expectations.

Vollsnes Feriehus is situated in Hjelle, by Lake Strynevatnet, All accommodation options have a fully equipped kitchen and free WiFi. Some offer lake views. Stryn Ski Centre is 25 km away.

Great cabin in the forest! The cabin has been renovated nicely so still has log cabin features but modern kitchen and bathroom plus modern TV making it very comfortable if the weather is not so good outdoors. Handy location with only 10mins drive to Hellesylt where you can catch ferry to Geiranger. There are also plenty of nice walks in the surrounding hills which the host Kim Andre was very kind to tell us about. Would definitely stay again:)

The staff are exceptionally friendly- we arrived later than expected, the front desk staff was waiting for us; the kitchen staff also lent us bowels so we could eat dinner; staff waited patiently for us to finish breakfast even though it’s already closed. The house has a lovely lounge and garden. The rooms are spacious and water pressure in the bathroom is good.

Overlooking the Geiranger Fjord, Hole Hytter offers cottages and apartments with a well-equipped kitchen and a furnished terrace. Geiranger village centre is located 3 km away.

Very cozy cottage with the most amazing view over the fjord (even while sitting at the table inside), small kitchen equipped with enough things to cook for yourself, comfortable beds for up to 4 people, heating worked well, very friendly and helpful host - wish we could have stayed longer!

The cabin is very welcoming and well equipped with everything you need for your stay. We really enjoyed having our breakfasts in such beautiful surroundings. Helene and her partner were wonderful and attentive hosts - they also gave us lots of good suggestions of things to experience in the area, and nice restaurants. We really enjoyed the sauna experience and doing cold dipping. The whole stay was the highlight of our holiday in Norway and would definitely recommend!

Hytte is really spacious, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Hjelle is scenic little village on the lake, we liked that it wasn't crowded with lots of tourists like Geiranger. We hiked to Segestad Mountine Farm, which was great and we were the only persons on the trail. View from there was fantastic and you can visit the farm buildinga and find out how people lived there.
