Our best stay in Sri Lanka so far. The cottages are spacious, clean. Relaxing on the terrace is a pure pleasure. Peace, quiet, beautiful nature and close to the main street. The host is a fantastic and friendly man, he organized a safari for us at a very good price. The Sri Lankan breakfast is a masterpiece. We regret very much that we could stay there only one night.

I stayed here for a safari tour and was more than satisfied! Honestly, I didn’t expect too much because the price was cheaper than other places, but the room condition was excellent and the staff were super friendly. The best part of this stay was definitely the food — lunch, dinner, and breakfast the next day were all delicious and filling. Highly recommended!

Best Safari guide ever, Nandu (guide and owner of the property) was very nice and calm. Drove us to a lunch place and took us back so we don't have to walk in the heat. Rooms were comfortable and spacious. Owner showed us many different animals that we never seen before, very interesting experience. The dinner family made was delicious also.

Absolutely everything is amazing. Best value we had for a hotel in our lives. We felt great there in the middle of nature with caring and smiling staff. We did the 4 hours safari with the owner and it was a great experience, he was observant and respectful of the animals. They really want to share the beauty of their country. The food was amazing and we could taste Sir Lankan curd with honey for the first time. Definitely authentic and wonderful experience. Cannot recommend enough !

The rooms are simple and clean, set in a lush, green environment close to the safari. The place is absolutely beautiful — right in the middle of the jungle — and what makes it even more special is the kindness of the owners. Madhu gave us a wonderful cooking class; she’s an exceptional chef! The rice and curry were delicious, the Sri Lankan lunch was incredible, and even the safari picnic was perfect. This place is a true delight for the eyes, the heart, and the taste buds.
