ItalyI stayed a week over New Year’s Eve with my family in this beautiful resort. Extremely welcoming staff, newly refurbished rooms, and amazing facilities. A warm acknowledgment to Tuva, the general manager, and all the staff for ensuring excellence in hotel services. A special mention also to chef Charles and its staff, who ran a 24/7 kitchen serving amazing food from all over the world. Also thanks to Masha, our hospitality assistant for making our stay comfortable. And last but not least, a big shout out to the gardeners, security and pool staff for keeping the hotel on point. It has been a memorable vacation and we look forward to coming back!
