The bath was exceptional, and the amenities and shampoo/conditioner provided as well as the makeup cleanser, facial milk and lotion were incredible! We loved our stay at Chalet Ivy Jozankei. The staffs were very attentive and friendly. They all spoke English and were nice enough to put two single beds together to make a king bed. Our meals were also nicely prepared and healthy , with a wide variety of ingredients. The scenery was beautiful and it was fine for us to do nothing and just stay in the hotel, watching it snow and sipping tea. The snack bar was a treat with local snacks! We will definitely be back. It was a nice retreat after a few days at the slopes and a very unforgettable experience.
