The Forestis facilities are impeccable - breathtaking, architectural, curated and with a suite of staff who were kind, well informed and seemed to thoroughly enjoy their vocation.

A romantic house with 4 small holiday flats (each has 45 square meters with a living room including a fully equipped kitrchen, a bed room and a bathroom plus a balcony) allowing for privacy and relaxation inmidst of nature. The house is sourrounded by a big private garden. We enjoyed the big wooden terrace with tables, a swing and the hot pot. In addition there is a small but cozy wellness zone with Finnish sauna, waterbed, infrared, shower and some fitness equipment. Ideal for those who like peace and nature. The village is a bit more than a kilometer away - a 20 minutes walk. In the village you will find a pizzeria, restaurants, hotels, shops, a big supermarket, basically anything you need. Who does not want to walk that far might consider having lunch or dinner at the closeby (300 meters) restaurant "Schluff" or another that can also be reached in ten minutes ("Pippo"). From the village a cablecar brings you to the capital of the region: Bolzano (in Italian) or Bozen (in German). The city has 100.000 inhabitants and offers countless attractions for your daytrips. But we preferred staying on the countryside. House Himmelfahrt is indeed a perfect destination for those who are keen on green travelling. The house has its own sustainability-strategy and can be easily reached by train (from Rome to Bolzano you travel less than 5 hours) and cable car (from Bolzano to Soprabolzano in 12 minutes). Who arrives by electric car can use the charging station of House Himmelfahrt. Our kids enjoyed to see hens, cats, horses and donkeys every day. They also loved the pavillion dedicated to the young guests of House Himmelfahrt (a tiny adult-free zone). I had many peaceful moments in the "atelier" of House Himmelfahrt: a wodden caravan fully equipped with paper, colours, pens, brushes etc allowing to unchain your creativity with a breathtaking view to the Dolomites. I enjoyed the feeling that the whole area is a totally safe space for children.

Our time at Charlotte Gravina in the Dolomites was nothing short of magical! From the minute we got there, we were blown away by the incredible views from both the balconies. The apartment itself was so modern and fancy, especially the kitchen, which had everything we needed and more. Can you believe we had three bedrooms, and two of them even had their own bathrooms? Talk about luxury! Plus, the fresh linens every couple of days made us feel like we were staying in a five-star hotel. But you know what made our stay truly unforgettable? Our host, Karin. She was the sweetest person ever, welcoming us with chocolates and making us feel right at home. She didn't just stop there—Karin went out of her way to give us awesome tips about where to eat and shop locally. Oh, and get this—when we needed laundry done, since there wasn't a washing machine in the apartment or an iron to press our clothes, but Karin's folks, who live right there, offered to help out. How amazing is that? We politely declined the offer, but the gesture meant the world to us. I can't emphasize enough how perfect the location was for exploring the Dolomites, and we couldn't get enough of the apartment's comfy vibes. Even with good weather outside, we found ourselves staying in, just because we loved the place so much! Leaving was tough, but we left promising ourselves we'd be back soon. We did our best to tidy up before we left, just as Karin had handed the place to us. All in all, it was an incredible stay that exceeded all our expectations.If you have any details required before your arrival,you can always reach out to the host just like we enquired about the climate,routes or late check ins . Huge thanks to Karin and her wonderful Goller family for making our trip so special. We're already looking forward to the next visit! Cheers to unforgettable memories!"

We had a wonderful stay here. The house is beautiful with wonderful views. Great location, near to town and restaurants and cable car access. Plenty for families to do. Local outdoor swimming pool, mini golf and playgrounds close by. We visited in summer and enjoyed lots of walks in the mountains. Our hosts Bianca and Claudia were very helpful when we had a problem with the property and they helped us to resolve it quickly.

We stayed at Chalet Residence Alpinflair for six nights, and every one of us absolutely loved it. The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully organized — with plenty of hangers and storage. There were three bathrooms in total, which made our stay especially convenient, and the underground garage was large and easy to use. Waste sorting was also clearly labeled and hassle-free. One of the highlights was the breathtaking view right from the front garden. We enjoyed our meals at the outdoor dining table while admiring the stunning mountain scenery, and the sun loungers were perfect for relaxing in the fresh air. The kitchen was fully equipped, with high-quality, modern appliances that made cooking a pleasure. The private sauna was cozy and beautifully set up, with soothing essential oils and gentle background music — it’s clear that the host has put a lot of heart into every detail, truly thinking from the guests’ perspective. The host responded promptly and kindly helped us resolve any issues without delay. I travel often and have stayed in many apartments across Europe — this is by far one of the most impressive and well-cared-for places I’ve experienced.
