This property was perfect place to stay for my time spent in Tetebatu. it was rice within the rice fields, a short walk from the waterfalls, and monkey forest. it was very much surrounded by greens and nature and I loved sitting out the front speaking with the owner, Anya, who was the nicest guy Iv ever met! so chatty and spent so much time talking to me about plants and the village he lives in. his wife made us food whenever we needed and always brought us everything and more! Anya took us on a tour round the waterfalls, rice fields and monkey forest and to some local shops which was really nice to see and do! the bungalow we stayed in was really lovely, very cosy, everything we needed, comfy bed and hot shower! we loved our stay and I’ll 100% be back! thanks again Anya and family for our stay

The building is a marvellous traditional wooden building. The staff are wonderful. Beds huge and super comfortable. They have a gymnasium! They have lovely garden and great rice paddy views. The food was traditional Indonesian food and was excellent. Air con was great. Rooms are huge. The place is a real hidden little gem.

Incredible accommodation in the middle of the rice fields. The view from the room is breathtaking. Rooms are clean and there is hot water. Warm welcome from Azman, Nuni and the whole family. It feels like home. The food is delicious and homemade, especially Olah Olah, Urap Urap and pineapple / banana pancakes 😋 Possibility of doing different classes (cooking, clay pottery, bamboo / wooven handicraft, silver smith / coffee / coconut oil process) and activities in the region. We particularly liked the tour with Azman through the rice fields, waterfalls and monkey forest. We met incredible people. It will remain in our memories forever. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an amazing stay at Coffee Homestay! The rooms are very clean and new. The bed was great, and the shower had good pressure and hot water. No AC needed, since Tetebatu is higher, so it is cooler. Hari (the owner) and Angi speak perfectly English, and even a bit of Spanish and Dutch! Everyone here is very welcoming, and all the 3 nights we stayed here, we played some cardgames in the evening with multiple members of the family. We did the walking tour with Eman and Jay, which was great! The surroundings are very beautiful. Also one night there was a open English course at Hari’s home, which is there twice a week to support the local community. You can help out if you want to, which we really liked. Thank you so much for your hospitality, we were sad we had to leave so soon already, but next time when we are in Indonesia we will definitely be back. Hati hati!

amazing place!! food is so yummy and free breakfast is the best! the rooms are beautiful, super comfy mattress with well working wifi and a tv, balcony with the view of the rice fields is extraordinary. Many thanks to Fendi for helping us with everything, with parking our bikes, helping us with our luggage etc etc. Fendi also offers an amazing 7 hour tour of Tetebatu, which we highly recommend!!! exploring the beautiful surrounding rice terrains, being welcomed into locals house (with complimentary drinks) to show us how to make traditional hand made clothing and trying them on was fascinating. Exploring 2 famous waterfalls of Tetebatu and also exploring the monkey forest to see the rare black monkeys, we were very lucky and saw so many! then ending the trip with visiting a place to smell and option to buy local spices and herbs for a very cheap price. I bought some to take home. Fendi spoke such good english and we had some amazing conversations with him. If you’re coming to Tetebatu i highly recommended taking this tour with Fendi, he is an amazing guy and without him our trip wouldn’t have been so special, thank you 😄👍🙏
