We stayed in this property to visit the mountain for the sunrise trip. Very comfortable and hospitality is great. Very nice breakfast and nearby red available to cater your needs for lunch and dinner. Best part was the hot spring swimming pool. We enjoyed it and my parents loved it. Taxi available on request which is convenient and the staff is always ready to help. Will visit again. Thank you.

Magnificent sunrise view of Mount Batur every morning made us skip the sunrise jeep tour. You won't get that anywhere else. The staff was super friendly. Delicious breakfast with coffee and fresh fruits served every morning to the room. The cabins are located on the hill so there are few steps to climb up and down but it was okay (staff is helping with the bags etc). I recommend contacting the local guide to arrange pickup/drop-off. From Denpasar it costs 700.000 IRD, full-day trips similar price. The drivers were convenient and helpful. If you're into coffee - go visit Bali Beans coffee plantation, they do awesome tours (the guide didn't want to take us there as they have their "preferred" spots).
