This place is perfect. It is lovingly cared for and incredibly friendly. We loved our cabins, comfy beds, beautiful hot spring water pool and showers and great food. Perfect for Batur hiking as the trail starts from the cabins.

Everything. Stunning view. If you live here you don't need to go anywhere else to see the volcano. We had better view here than the top of the volcano. But also the family is SO NICE. We got help with transport and served breakfast in the balcony. Perfect stay. We have been in 4 different places around gili and kitamani in 1 week. This tops for sure. Hurry and book it if you get the chance. They have 2 houses now but 3 more are coming. Maybe more I dont know. Perfect stay

Maybe the accommodation with the most impressive view I had so far. Waking up and seeing the sunrise through the huge windows was a highlight every day. Yes, it gets warm around maybe 9/10 AM but usually you're out exploring anyway at that time. It cools down again in the afternoon and you will have good sleep, don't worry about that (huge, comfortable bed, cool temperature). Like others said, the short road from the main road to the accommodation is quite steep and bumpy (I think they are already working on it) but they offer a shuttle service for free if you need it. If you have some scooter experience, you won't have a problem. I will definitely come back and recommend this place to my friends.
