The house was absolutely fantastic, brand new and the interiors ! In love! The view is absolutely breathtaking ! You see it from every place of the house even from the bed. The house has everything what's needed, me and my partner especially appreciated the washing machine and the detergent was there. We really enjoyed the stay. The host was extremely kind and always available for any extra stuff we asked (a vase for flowers, the heater), we were also let to check-in earlier, what was super kind , cause we were very tired from a late night flight. Giorgi (the host) also gave us fantastic recommendations for restaurants around and walks, even sent us all the google maps points. We spent a week in the house and the house was even cleaned one more time in the middle of our stay free of charge. The bed and pillows were fantastically comfortable too. The coach was extremely comfortable too , Netflix was working perfectly too. The coffee machine with coffee capsules and the tea available in a very large amount. The parking. The view. The hospitality. The calmness. We were thrilled! Already planning to come back in winter!

Best experience we had in Georgia. This place is unreal with amazing view of the mountains. We spent hours looking out of the windows. The apartment is new and well equipped. It is also close to the church.

Our stay at Kazbegi Spa Resort was truly unforgettable! The location was absolutely breathtaking, surrounded by mountains and perfect for a peaceful getaway. The cabin was new, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Though I don’t remember his name, the caretaker was incredibly sweet and always available to help his kindness really made a difference. The hot tub and sauna were exactly what we needed so relaxing and refreshing after our days of travel. Would love to come back to this little piece of paradise if ever possible!

The location and view from front and back of the house is simply jaw dropping. I couldn't say enough good about the beauty of it. Cabin is nestled away seamlessly in the landscape, with wild horses and cows visiting nearby. Beautiful little touches around the house and a fully functional kitchen with all the amenities. Very comfortable bed and fresh towels. Shower even had a view !

Our stay at the mountain cottage in Gergeti was truly exceptional, surpassing all our previous experiences in Kazbegi. Everything about it was simply perfect! The cottage itself and all its furnishings were brand new, impeccably clean, and every tiny detail was carefully thought out. You could feel the care and attention the hosts put into every corner of the cottage, making it incredibly cozy and comfortable. The panoramic views from the windows were breathtaking, allowing us to admire the landscapes without even stepping outside. Inside, it was warm and there were no interruptions with hot water (a common issue in winter mountain stays due to low temperatures). Situated at the very top of Gergeti, away from the village center with its shops and cafes, it's advisable to stock up on groceries beforehand. However, if needed, there are a couple of tiny shops in Gergeti with the essentials. Thanks to its location, the cottage offers magnificent views, and it's conveniently positioned for a stroll to the Trinity Church. During the low season in winter, with fewer cars on the road, it's even possible to ascend the mountain road instead of a hiking trail, offering incredible views along the entire route! We are already planning our next trip and can't wait to return to this cottage again:)

An excellent house with many thoughtful details that create a cozy atmosphere inside. It has absolutely everything – robes, blankets, and even all the essentials for the bathroom, including a toothbrush and toothpaste. A particular highlight of the house is the perfectly functioning fireplace. On top of all that, you will be welcomed by very friendly hosts who will help with any of your needs – they’ll bring firewood, suggest places to visit in the region, recommend where to dine, and where to shop for groceries. We were very happy with our 3-day stay.
