Cabins in Southampton

A really really cozy place. The reception was amazing, azeem is really a friendly guy. I really recommend this place to stay. I will definitely stay there again if I come back to Southampton any time.

I loved the spacious double room, the location is very good also. It was very clean, nice and quite felt luxurious .

The lodge is quite cleaning, and full kitchen equipment. Sam is helpful. Whatever you need, she responds soon.

A really nice little hotel run by really nice helpful people. The room was lovely, it came with a big comfy bed and a nice bathroom. It was about a ten minute drive from Beaulieu National Motor Museum which was the reason for my visit. I was able to charge my electric car too which was really helpful. Breakfast was really good too.

Graet location with new forest at the back, there was everything we needed for long weekend stay :) Clean and comfortable :)

John was great and gave me a lift into town

Well placed for us as we were heading west, but close enough to the ferry port in Portsmouth to avoid a long drive in the late evening time when we disembarked Excellent room only deal suited us perfectly

So much to like about this hotel but the dog guy welcome pack which included a healthy treat blanket to go on the bed or floor and towel was a lively surprise (you don’t get to keep the blanket and towel). He was welcome I. All areas except tge restaurant but they made it so easy by just setting our meals up in the bar instead. The garden was huge for the kids to run around in and the access gate straight out of th back of the garden into the New Forrest made walking the dog super easy and the children were super excited to get to see the horses and pat some of them that came over to us. Food was delicious for both dinner and breakfast and it was nice to see a couple of different things on a kids menu so ham, eggs and chip stand a cheese omelette were a welcome break. The rooms we had worked perfectly for us as a family we had 2 rooms at the end of the corridor behind a fire door so if we so wanted we could leave the room doors open and the children (& dog could move between the rooms. They were light and airy with lovely big windows. If you like or need to sleep in you definitely need to pull the shutters across as well as close the curtain to keep it dark enough to sleep. We had trouble deciding what to do as there is so much not only in the surrounding area but also in very close proximity. Long Down Activity farm is just around the corner Beaulieu is about 10 mins drive and Paultons Park and Peppa pig world aren’t much further than that either. The hotel has a brochure rack if you are looking for other things to do and the staff were helpful helping to recommend places to eat nearby. As we drove away my husband said that was nice for a 3 star and I thought he was joking. It was way better than many 4 star hotels I’ve stayed and and even some 5 stars. But I would say that most or the reason for not having a higher star rating is from not having those extra facilities like spa, swimming pool, gym etc.
