I was upgrade from bunks to a king bed and it was truly needed after the walk I had done. The overall customer service was amazing. Euan couldn’t have been more helpful, he even offered to have dinner waiting for me as he know I would miss the pub kitchen closing time. The room was a perfect size and very clean and tidy. The shower was most needed and good size for me to wash away the days walking. All in all a very pleasant place to stay.

1.The location is great. We can walk to the trailhead of Conic hill. 2.Shared kitchen is comfortable and clean. 3.The owner is very kind and generous. Very grateful for not being charged for forgetting the checkout time. 4.Thank so much for all the help. We’d recommend the excellent lodge to anyone visiting Loch Lomond.

A must stay for couples. Absolutely perfect. Beautifully built, lovely decor, and the garden is just amazing. Fiona was more than accommodating, very helpful with restaurant recommendations and places to go walks. It was my fiancée’s 40th and she had the balloons and bubbly there for her arriving. Also, the place was absolutely spotless. A fantastic stay away and highly recommended.

We wanted to book for another night, but there weren't any rooms available except the suite. We got the suite with a really big discount (AMAZING). I thought the view from our first room was better though (right in front of the lake). At the suite there was the parking in front of us. But the suite room was really crazy cool though 😁.
