The owner is highly responsive, and the location is incredibly convenient, with proximity to the ski lift, lake, hiking routes, bus stop, and grocery store. Despite being next to the road, it's a quiet dead-end street with minimal traffic at night.

We had an overall very pleasurable stay here! - very good location, peaceful and quiet, extraordinary view - access to outdoor terrace and garden, with table and seating, allowing for dining outside - very well equipped kitchen, including equipment for raclette and fondue, which we made use of on the terrace - fireplace was a nice touch, while also functional (providing heat in the evening), sufficient wood was provided

We had a wonderful stay in Schwarzsee, the chalet is perfectly located just 3 minute away from the beach / shops/restaurants. It is perfect for a family of 4, our kids loved the little outside cabin, and the grill /outside terrasse was very enjoyable for our summer evenings. I would definitely recommend it !
