Location was the best part. The shops were a stone toss away and the beaches were not too far from the hotel itself. The rooms were very clean and the hotel had a premium feel to it.

We stayed 3 nights at the glamping and had a wonderful time! The staff is so kind and helpful. The tents are very big with comfortable beds and everything in it and on the veranda to make your stay a great experience. The shared restrooms are very clean and comfortable too. And last but not least, the menu gives you sufficient choice for a lovely diner on the veranda at night with a nice glas of wine. We highly recommend the Couscous glamping and thank the staff for the wonderful experience they gave us!

Have stayed here several times and that speaks for itself. Location is great for me but perhaps not for everyone. Rooms are well laid out, reasonable size and very clean. Bed and bedding very comfortable. Convenience store, supermarket, restos, mall and station with good connections to both Tokyo (Shibuya) and Yokohama within easy walking distance. If you have reason to stay in this area and are looking for something a step up from a business hotel but not for 5* luxury, you can’t go wrong with the Richmond.

The unit is very clean. Mr Nori is helpful, speaks English well. All useful information like places of interest, where to dine, convenience stores, how to get about are all readily available. Thank you Mr Nori for making us so welcome to your house.

Lovely garden, nice onsen, free green tea and water. Staff were very kind and helpful. Reasonably priced, and tasty, food and snacks which was great as there were no other eating options in the evening in the area! Shared toilet and shower facilities were very clean and always available. Room was a good size and well equipped, with plenty of space and good air con. Good facilities such as a laundry service although we didn’t use this.
