Offering a garden and garden view, Camping Tequendama - Parque Tayrona is located in El Zaino, a few steps from Playa Arrecifes and 38 km from Quinta de San Pedro Alejandrino. This was an awesome spot to base ourselves for four nights in Tayrona. It's really well located to head either direction any given day. It's quiet, peaceful, and comfortable - all things that were surprising given the location. The beds were very good, the pillows were great, and the tent wasn't unbearably hot either. Showers and toilets were clean, restaurant was great and really varied (fairly priced too given location), and the wifi worked in the restaurant and reception which was a nice treat. Toucans flitted between the trees every morning, howler monkeys were screaming nearby, and we spotted a Cotton-Top Tamarin out the rear of the property a few times. It feels very remote, and being able to enjoy the animals, birds and nature before and after the swarms of people start moving through was definitely the highlight of our time.

Boasting pool with a view and views of sea, CASA DE CAMPO CASTILLETE dentro del PARQUE TAYRONA is a recently renovated campground situated in El Zaino, 90 metres from Castilletes Beach. There is an in-house restaurant, plus free private parking and free WiFi are available. The campground has family rooms. Great hospitality and food. Kimara Tayrona Hostel is situated in El Zaino and has a pool with a view and pool views. The property features garden and inner courtyard views, and is 2 km from Castilletes Beach. The campground features mountain views, a sun terrace, and free WiFi is available throughout the property. Cristian has been very kind and available for any kind of information and help! The location was perfect, 3 minutes walking from tayrona National park entrance!

Situated in El Zaino and only 700 metres from Castilletes Beach, Glamping Jazayma Dentro del Parque Tayrona features accommodation with garden views, free WiFi and free private parking. The property is set 35 km from Quinta de San Pedro Alejandrino, 38 km from Santa Marta Gold Museum and 38 km from Santa Marta Cathedral. The campground has private entrance. We get to the glamping on time for our Check in to find out there was not space available for us to stay, so we have to start looking for a new place to stay. Also,this place doesn’t look as nice as the pictures. It’s very, very far from the beach, it looks dirty and the owner doesn’t care if you have a Booking reservation confirmed and not having space for you to stay. They don’t give you any solutions. Please, don’t go to this place, there are much better places to stay inside the park than this one.
