We really enjoyed the beach. While the neighboring beaches were overcrowded with no space to lie down, ours felt private and had no outsiders. Everything was cozy and well-kept. The entrance to the sea is very gradual, which is a huge advantage for families with children. The management is very friendly and responsive. The cottages are cozy and not very large, but they have everything you need — and even a bit more.

Set on the banks of the River Magra, Camping River is inside the Montemarcello Nature Reserve. It offers 2 outdoor swimming pools, a restaurant and mini market.

Camping with lots of charme. It's a hidden little gem. For us it felt like we were in Thailand :-) Tasty breakfast menu. Nice Tea selection... nice people.

Camping like a camping. But the good one. As many others. Toilets, bathrooms, private restaurant, many bungalows. We were in one of them. Private toilet and shower, private kitchen, you know, small but your own place to live. Camping is clean and well organised. We were at the beginning of the September. Price is very good. Camping is located around 400 meters away from sea beach, restaurants, bars, gelaterias, so location is very good! You have a private parking, or you can park your car even diretly near your bungalow if you want. There is CCTV monitoring so very cool, too.

To be honest, when I booked it I was under the impression that the chalet was outside in the countryside. First time I encounter a chalet in the city centre. But the chalet is made of wood inside and it's very well decorated. It is located on the main road, in the back of a residential complex, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Very convenient size with all necessary fixtures in the kitchenette. A table with two chairs for dining. Bed very comfortable. Overall, a good value for money accommodation.
