Really good location: it is possible to reach Sultan Qaboos Mosque in 20 min by walk! And also big mall with IKEA is near by, local bus stops and shops. Cozy room, nice hot shower, mini-fridge and WiFi.

What we loved most was the scenery. Beautiful bay guarded by a small island and surrounded by mountains. And lots pf greenery arround the hotel. You really feel like in an oasis. The beach is really nice and peaceful and the views from the first row of sun beds are stunning. Stuff is really friendly and will go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. I accidentally dropped my phone while walking from the beach and they helped me find it. I was really grateful.

I would like to say a HUGE thank’s to all the Royal Tulip’s staff. Since our arrival until our departure everything was perfect. They upgrade us for the birthday of my girlfriend. Room was very confortable and clean. Facilities of the hotel was wonderful, swimming pool and bar for incredible Sunset. I definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Muscat ! The staff was helpful and super friendly. The pool is well maintained and there's badminton, table tennis, foosball, and tennis. The breakfast is worth the money. The location is great for beachgoers. They offer free shuttle bus "tours" to the grand mosque and mall in the mornings and the souk in the evening. Beautiful sunsets from the beach, poolside, and restaurant balconies!!

We loved our stay here. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to an enormous suite which was amazing. It was beautifully decorated with a large balcony overlooking the beach / sea. All the food was excellent. Service was also great. The hotel is set in a private, sheltered cove and the beach area is lovely with plenty of sun beds. Massage at the spa was fantastic - the treatment rooms have a great view of the sea. Definitely recommended for a luxury stay.

Superb breakfast. 2 new gorgeous swimming pools which were never crowded. Lots of sun beds. Beautiful sunset - it’s worth booking a room with sea view and balcony to watch it.
