The staff was amazing with us even we didn't speak the language, they tried very hard to communicate with us and provide us with the best service. That is the type of attention that differentiates them even more. The dome was incredible. The bathrooms were super clean and they have many amenities such as soap, dryer, toothbrush, etc.

The kitchen and BBQ is just beside the sleeping area, so smoke from BBQ won't go to the sleeping area. The kitchen is very well equipped with rice cooker, portable induction cooker, toaster and microwave. Do buy food from supermarket at Kawaguchio station, really to cook your meals. The vicinity is quiet and basically there for Mount Fuji only. There is shuttle bus provided for check in and out. Have to book at least a day in advance. Toilet is inside the kitchen so you don't need to brace the cold while eating and drinking in the kitchen. Bathroom with a bathtub is beside the kitchen. Overall a superb glamping experience.

The view of Mount Fuji was incredible!! (We got very lucky with the weather) and the facilities were perfect! Very spacious, very clean and very comfortable. Heating also available and the Dyson hair dryer was a bonus! Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay
