The hotel staff were also extremely friendly and helpful, spoke English and helped to lug our heavy luggages up the stairs and rough terrain to our rooms. Outdoor gas fired bbq with all food items prepared for you. Since there’s already pictures of the room, I’m going to provide my view of Mt Fuji.

The luxury tent has family rooms. This place was excellent! We could see Mt. Fuji from inside our pod (no. 4) on our second morning as it was super clear. The pod was really comfortable, clean, and well equipped. The toilets and showers were accessible and clean. Parking was convenient. We ordered the bbq meat set and it was absolutely delicious! We had a really good couple of days in the mountains before heading off to Tokyo!

At the luxury tent, every unit has bed linen and towels. The property was very clean, cozy and comfortable. We stayed at Jupiter and the view was amazing. Mt. Fuji was really beautiful and you can see it from the room. The staff, Miyazaki-san was very friendly and very helpful. He’s always there to answer our questions and help us with our inquiries and requests. He made our stay even better! Even the other staffs were very kind to us and helpful but Miyazaki-san standout for us because his service was great! I will definitely will recommend this to all of my friends and family! Thank you so much! Especially to Miyazaki-san!

Weather was cold and bathroom is not connected, so we skipped showering on one of the days b/c it was so chilly. For a glamping opp, not sure I would pay the price again.
