The camp was amazing, beds were super comfortable and it was super close to Little petra and petra itself. We felt amazingly safe the entire time. Mohammed was exceptionally welcoming and all of the staff went out of their way to make us feels at home.

I stayed in this camp for two nights with my family (my wife and 2 kids 18 and 21 years od) when we visited Petra as a part of a 10 days trip to Jordan. This was our first time in a camp (later we spent 3 nights in a camp in the Wadi Rum desert) and I must way that it was one of our top experiences.
The camp is in an isolated position, about 15 minutes by car from Wadi Musa, not very far from the entrance of Little Petra. The last part of the trip is on a gravel road, but don't worry: the camp can be reached with a regular car, just drive a bit slow and follow the signs. The camp offers about 20 tents and a very big common area where guests can socialise, play traditional games, drink a tea, and enjoy the meals (dinner and breakfast).
The tents are for 2 people, are very spacious and have a private bathroom. The beds are confortable and the nights are super quiet. Everything was very clean and curated.
The owner Mohammed was incredibly nice with us (the same for the rest of the staff) and we had a chance to talk to him for a few hours after dinner, which helped us a lot to learn amore about Jordan and about Mohammed's personal story. Not to mentions the Shisha, which was excellent! Thanks Mohammed.
We definitely recommend this solution if you visit Petra and don't wat to stay in a luxurious and expensive hotel, or if you want to escale the chaos of Wadi Musa and have a direct feeling of the desert.

The staff were very generous and hospitable. The breakfast was amazing, very patient staff that offered us tea as soon as we arrived as welcome drink. The Wifi was great and reached our room. The rooms were very clean, tidy, neat, with soap and tissue paper at the bathroom. The bathroom itself was more than amazing for a camping quality. We enjoyed our conversation with the owner and working team at night, knowing more about Culture and things to do in Jordan. We could have loved to stayed more if our time allowed us.

Amazing view from the tents and a really nice sunset. The stuff was very friendly gave use good activity-tips. The tents are clean and you also had electricity. Their was a big common washing-house which also was clean with everything you need and warm water.

Friendly owners, great location with nice sunset. The room has a private bathroom with hot shower and the owners made sure we could watch the world cup football during the evening, that was so kind. The wifi works well even in our room and they have power sockets in the rooms as well (not so common in Jordan). This is a new camp so it is still small which is something we really like. Make sure to walk (a part of) the Wadi Ghuweir trail for stunning green views!
