The customer service is beyond excellent. The food, the room/tent and the people working in there are super kind. They always make sure we get what we need . Our taxi driver whom we contacted to pick us up got an emergency on the road and one of the owners, Mr. Ali went above and beyond and drove us personally to the airport with his personal car just so we wouldn’t miss our flight . Such a nice gesture , we appreciate so much. We booked their martian tent and had sunset jeep ride . It was the best exper experience we’ve had. Wish we stayed longer .

In the evening there was traditional music, meat baked in a pit, the night starry sky. I had to leave in the evening, and they left me at the campsite, where I could rest and take a walk nearby in the desert. The guide Mahmud took me on a jeep tour. He showed me everything stated in the program, recommended the best views for photos, in the evening of the next day he came for me and took me to the bus. Many thanks to all the staff.

Adel rum camp bubbles is a recently renovated luxury tent in Wadi Rum, where guests can make the most of its garden and shared lounge. With garden views, this accommodation offers a balcony. The luxury tent provides rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. I would call this place the pearl of wadi rum a hidden treasure of the desert. Everything and i mean it literally starting from the moment we made booking till we left the camp was outstanding and i would rate them 100/10 if we could . The owner contacted us 5 mins after we made our booking asking if he can be helpful to us. He offered his own house parking to keep our rental car safe. Now when we reached the camp reception (BILAL) great us with welcome beverage and assist us later at night time he arranged an outdoor bonefire with tea and shisha. He sat with us and shared with us some bedouan stories and it was super lovely. The driver RODWAN who took us for sunset safari was amaaaaazing he was super friendly and very safe driving showed us so many cool spots and shared stories.. And we been so surprised with the level of hygiene and how was the camp soooo clean and neat specially the teants. Overall we would really really recommend this camp over all other camps

Wild Oryx Camp Bubbles is a recently renovated luxury tent in Wadi Rum, where guests can make the most of its barbecue facilities and shared lounge. There is an on-site restaurant, plus free private parking and free WiFi are available. Guests can make use of the sun terrace or the outdoor fireplace, or enjoy views of the mountain and garden. Eid offers a wonderful camp in the middle of the desert. The tents are fairly new and in great condition. The view of the desert right from your bed is just breath-taking. The silence of the desert is an experience to be lived. The room is clean but you should be ready to live in the desert; open door and wind quickly bring sand in the room but this is desert after all. Eid is a great host and does his best to make you feel appreciated, safe and comfortable while you are alone in the middle of the desert. The dinner was enormous and of great variety and quality, the breakfast good too. Air conditioning works nicely, Wifi works too but do not expect voice calls or streaming, yet good for messages and browsing. This camp may appear as overpriced compared to others but Eid offers clear and honest booking including meals, drinks and transfer, things that others charge as extra. His offers were also clear when it comes to desert tours or other activities. A lifetime experience that is worth living for one or two days stay.

Good camp, Good guide, Good driver, Toilets are very clean, the food is delicious. The view from this camp is very nice

The luxury tent offers mountain views, an outdoor fireplace and a 24-hour front desk. When I met the owner he said we were like family. And that was true. He’s extremely kind and helpful. He suggested that, as a solo traveler, I join some group in tours. There also was free high-speed wi fi. They served nice breakfast and dinner, and at any moment during the day we could take some cool water and tea/coffee. At night they kindled a fire and we admired the stars.
