Everything was perfect. The place was huge. Smart TV, big fridge. You can use the roof terrace where you can see the sunset.

Owned and run by a family, this was one of the best hotel experiences of our lives. Tina and her family are very friendly and welcoming, they make sure your stay is nothing less than perfect. Homemade breakfast is very tasty with lots of pastry and desert options as well. The room and other areas are spotless clean. Tina also helped us about places to go not only in Spetses but other islands as well. Great sunset and sunrise views from the balcony.

Lovely pool, large open plan living room/kitchen. Very safe and secure. Nice barbeque and lots of loungers and private on site parking. Host was very helpful and easy to reach via message. Bedroom was simple yet comfortable. Nice temperature with airconditioning and shuttered and mosquito netted windows. Walking distance to the waterfront with lots of options for food and drink which have a beautiful view of the sunset over the harbour.

We booked late and only stayed for a night. Arrived after dark, after seeing the sunset over the Temple first and then having lovely dinner on the beach, just a few minutes from there. The location is perfect. Helpfull owner, easy communication. Typical old summer house, would very great for hottest weather. Interior may not be to everyone's taste, but there were some interesting pieces. If you are picky about decor, see the pictures first. Lovely hot shower.

Perched at the top of a gentle hill looked both inland across to Spata and out across the sea. Peaceful spot and not overlooked. Kids loved the hammocks under the tree shade. In the heat this year the air conditioning as appreciated. Lovely decorated bathroom. Enjoyed visits at the gate from inquisitive local cats and dogs. Relaxing open plan kotchen/lounge and lovely cool veranda was used every meal time.

Lovely setting among the pistachio trees, lovely room, beautiful sunset views from the veranda. Very tranquil environment. Very helpful reception staff.
