It is a very spacious place with many trees that resembles staying in a small forest. There is an outside fire place, a relaxing pool in front of a small lake, a restaurant with good food (specially the soups) and the tents are well distributed around the property, creating a cosy atmosphere. Internet was good so was easy to work a few days from there. The staff is also very attentive and they offer many services, they even have a mini Masai market that gives the processing to the tribes.

For travellers who love being in nature with an added sense of luxury. Also called glamping, tented camps provide full or limited services, while surrounded by the wilderness. Typically in permanent or semi-permanent camps, these private tents/yurts are a great way to rough it while staying glamorous.

Comfortable oasis in the outskirts of Nairobi. We stayed in a family tent (1 double + 2 singles with en-suite bathroom. Simple, clean and comfortable. Bar is open till 11pm and reasonably priced. Didn’t use the pool but it looked nice. Breakfast was fine with 4 options to choose from included, and optional extras (smoothie etc) available for modest extra charge). We were self-driving, but they can also arrange airport transport and longer safari tours as required. Variety of accomm available: double tents, family tent, dorm tents, camping.
