friendly and helpful staff, location was perfect and the room was really nice, the most comfortable mattress so far on my travels. although we didn’t have dinner the food looked/smelled amazing.

Amazing staff, very polite and kind, always there for you. Located on a peaceful beach where you can enjoy without being bothered by locals selling different touristy stuff. The best breakfast ever! Many options to choose from, great fresh juices and cocktails at affordable prices. The other food we tried was exceptional as well!

This place gives room for everyone. We were mother and daughter, and we met so much hospitality and kindness. We felt cared for and secure with the staff who we felt were attentive to our securite. As one example they waited two from the staff for us as we arrived. We could see that all kind of different travellers that stayed here were met the same way as us. Nobody being prentetious. Staff seemed real and honest. This way you can be yourself where you stay. I hope this place will keep its staff and good ambience till I return.

Cabo Serai exceeded all of my expectations. The staff was attentive and caring, polite and sweet. The extra activities they offered ( like private yoga, nature walks, and private dining) were amazing and felt so special! I cannot recommend this place enough, from the small patches of organic veggies growing in the coconut grove to the playful monkeys in the trees to the views and soundscape - this resort is simply breathtaking. 10/10 would recommend!
