The family does so much to make your stay pleasant and smooth. So much to love about the place: Food - we had multiple meals here and it was always exceptionally delicious. Tours - we booked two tours with the help of Moon, one to Paradise Cave and the other to see the Vinh Moc tunnels on the way to Hue. Both of these tours touched us deeply and will remain in our hearts. Services/facilities - swimming pool, bike rental, laundry, pick up, etc... Location - beautiful and peaceful but also close to other restaurants/bars and cycling distance to town. Most of all we loved the welcoming and friendly atmosphere here fostered by Moon and family which makes it a perfect place to relax as well as to socialise.

Palafita Bungalow features free bikes, outdoor swimming pool, a garden and shared lounge in Phong Nha. Loved the location, surrounded by rice fields. Out of the tourist zone. We loved it, we stayed an extra night. Very relaxing, the owner answers very quick on whatsapp and shes very nice and welcoming. She cooked us breakfast and dinner, very good and reasonable price. The rooms are clean and warm, the bed was comfortable as well. If you need to book tours or have any questions, the owner has answers and books it for you. We had our own motorcycles so it was easy for us to go from place to place, if you’re travelling by bus and train i think you can have access to a scooter with the owner if you ask. 100% recommend, it’s calm and its a great price !! With pool views, Hưng Phát Bungalow is located in Phong Nha and has a restaurant, a 24-hour front desk, bar, garden, sun terrace and outdoor fireplace. The room is fine, a bit small but perfectly acceptable. The view however is magnificent. The small balcony is a nice touch. Breakfast is good and plenty. The owner was extremely helpful and the best part about this homestay. He picked us up at the bus station the minute the bus arrived. He gave us good recommendations about tours in the area. Every time we asked a question through Whatsapp, he responded very quickly. We could use a motorbike from the homestay during our whole stay. He booked our tours and our bus to Ninh Binh, at a lower price than normal, for us. When we came back from our tour the last day (after we checked out) we could use an empty room to shower and relax. He drove us to the bus station and arrived literally the second the bus was there. He even helped putting the luggage on the bus and made sure we could get on the bus first. This homestay is barely more expensive than a bed in the hostels downtown, but you get above-excellent service. Must-stay in Phong Nha!

Love everything about this stay, the family were great and the host went above and beyond for me and I’ll forever hold them dearly in my heart. You can rent bike rentals, activities and food through the host. Highly recommend staying here, it nothing but beautiful and the rooms are amazing and the food is the best. Love them all

The owner, Gem, was so nice and made our stay very comfortable. She helped us to arrange transit and gave local recommendations. The bungalows are so cute with everything we needed, including air conditioning and ensuite bathroom with shower (not a wet room). The pool and restaurant seating area were gorgeous. Though it's near a main road, it is set back enough to be quiet. Scooter rental is also offered, as well as tour booking. This place has it all!
