Palafita Bungalow features free bikes, outdoor swimming pool, a garden and shared lounge in Phong Nha. a bit out of the main town which was so peaceful and beautiful views of mountains and paddy fields surrounding. free bikes provided for us to cycle into town easily along the river. The bed was SO COMFTY. Nothing was too much trouble to ask and we had a delicious bbq chicken for dinner one night :)

Mr. Sun who is very good and helpful person, his presence really increased the quality of accommodation in this city for us, the hotel itself has a motor and rents to you at a great price. Breakfast is on the menu, and you choose and prepare for it. This place is so safe that I left my gold ring behind and Mr. Sun called me and sent it to the next city.

Love everything about this stay, the family were great and the host went above and beyond for me and I’ll forever hold them dearly in my heart. You can rent bike rentals, activities and food through the host. Highly recommend staying here, it nothing but beautiful and the rooms are amazing and the food is the best. Love them all

With mountain views, Restful River Bungalow is located in Phong Nha and has a restaurant, a 24-hour front desk, bar, garden, children's playground and picnic area. Excellent location by the river with nice pool and friendly staff. The manager Hung was very attentive and caring. He went to pick our family up at a location away from Phong Nha at short notice at midnight (as the previous tour operator sent us in the wrong bus) to bring us to the hotel. Large family rooms with comfortable beds, mini fridge, kettle, wifi and nice bath. A great base to explore the wonders of Phong Nha. We will be back.

The owner, Gem, was so nice and made our stay very comfortable. She helped us to arrange transit and gave local recommendations. The bungalows are so cute with everything we needed, including air conditioning and ensuite bathroom with shower (not a wet room). The pool and restaurant seating area were gorgeous. Though it's near a main road, it is set back enough to be quiet. Scooter rental is also offered, as well as tour booking. This place has it all!
