Exceptional service, staff and location. The food is exceptional .. Indika and his team are master chefs! The property is beautiful and well maintained surrounded by amazing wildlife with some of the best views in Kandy. The place is also a peaceful retreat from the bustle of Kandy town but not too far away from anything. The staff are all amazing and went out of their way to help us which made us feel like staying with family ….we can’t wait to return again and stay at this magical place. Thanks to Joel and his team we miss you already!

The location was perfect very near to the centre , very calm atmosphere and the host was very kind and has helping nature, made us feel like home. We were very comfortable Room was clean and spacious bed mattress was very soft and comfortable restroom was also clean all necessary things were there. We loved the breakfast also it’s SriLankan style and he provided fruits after breakfast. He helped us to find best place to do shopping. If you need any help he is very approachable and when we need auto in early morning for our train he helped with that too. So overall it’s a wonderful place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay with Nishi and her husband. Both are incredibly hospitable; we felt right at home and were well looked after :) The whole area is very beautiful with a fantastic view of Kandy. The room is spacious and nicely furnished with attention to detail (decoration, first-aid kit, water, tea). The breakfast is fantastic—definitely worth trying. Nishi helped us with organizing our further travel and made our day with little treats :) We would love to come back!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Kandy Siebel Bungalow, hosted by Anoma and her daughter. Although my stay was brief—just one night—I was thoroughly impressed. Upon arrival, I was welcomed warmly and offered a delicious dinner.My room was beautifully upgraded to feature one large double bed and a single bed, perfect for families or groups. The stunning mountain view from my room was a highlight, and the fast, stable Wi-Fi made my stay even more enjoyable.The location is excellent, just a 23-minute walk from the train station, in a lovely area with good bus connections. Anoma's kindness and helpfulness truly made this homestay a memorable experience. Highly recommended!
