Putra, his wife Maya and the other staff at EcoTourism made our stay a memorable one. Maya is an incredible cook and very accommodating. Putra took us on a half day jungle trek ending with tubing down the river and it was the highlight of our whole trip! The accommodation is about a 30/40 minute walk from town however it’s a nice walk!

Located in Bukit Lawang, Sawah Resto Bungalow & Jungle Trekking features accommodation with a public bath and an open-air bath. With mountain views, this accommodation offers a balcony. Our stay here was amazing! The room is spacious, bed is comfortable, bathroom also nice and everything is clean. Also the room has a big balcony with incredible view. The staff was also great, we arranged everything we needed through them and it was not a problem. We also booked a one day jungle trek with them and it was excellent. Our guide Dani and his brother were good guides and also very nice people.

Nino organised all of my activities and needs during my stay and also helped me with my transportation to my next destination. It was also a lot of fun to hang out and spend time together!
