The staff were amazing and very helpful, the view from our Bungalow was incredible and the food was delicious. We did a morning tour around tetebatu with Udin ( a local guide ), we visited the monkey forest, one of the waterfalls in tetebatu and the rice fields as well, stopping by some local stores to get some fruit, definitely was our highlight, Udin is an amazing person, charming and friendly , I highly recommend to do a tour with a local and if you are lucky enough to have Udin as your guide say hello to him from Annabelle and Jose

Sharing stories and laughter in their kitchen made us feel like part of the family. Our room was spacious, clean, and beautifully simple, with a private little terrace overlooking the rice fields. Watching the sunrise from the room was pure magic. We joined the rice field day tour with Ossy, and we can’t recommend it enough! He is an incredibly knowledgeable and passionate guide. We learned so much about local farming, traditions, and the surrounding nature. This place has such a warm and authentic atmosphere. We left with full hearts and new friends and a new favorite place: TETEBATU. Thank you for everything! 🙏🌾✨

The family is so kind and offered help for every questions and needs we had. Their food is homemade with fresh ingredients and it was really good. We also had the pleasure to go see waterfalls and the black monkeys forest with them. We had a really great time, i recommend if you come to Tetebatu! :)

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Mike and Ida, who are the most lovely hosts you could ask for. Their kindness and hospitality truly made our stay special. The property itself is simply stunning. The garden is beautiful and well-maintained, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were impeccably clean and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location is also perfect, just a short walk from the beach and local restaurants, but still very quiet. The place is so nice that we really enjoyed spending time laying in the hammock and sitting on the sofa in our green corner with no rush at all. You can easily enjoy both sunrises and sunsets as the homestay is situated in the center of the island. We extended our stay up to 7 days because 3 days were really not enough. I highly recommend Nanas Homestay to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway on Gili Air. It's a true oasis of tranquility, and I can't wait to return. The only unpleasant thing was our neighbors. Though you are separated from them by a little garden you can still hear them. But no one can predict who you will share the space with so this is definitely not the thing the hosts are responsible for
