We were a group of 6 people, staying there for 5 days. The owners were super friendly and helpful - setting up a grill to cook our dinner on, arranged motor bikes for our trip, recommending various interesting places to visit... Delicious breakfasts, nice and clean bungalows, completely furnitured to accompany the overall feeling. Can definitely recommend.

Amazing social area and very homey vibe, the owners will immediatley know your name and you really feel at home there! It's also great to meet other travellers just by being in the common area or by joining the nightly events such as bbq and bonfire at the beach!! Also loved how spacious the rooms were and the lack of bunkbeds

Everything! Beautiful location and accommodation. Comfortable beds and a very clean and nice bathroom. Lovely balcony where you can sit in the evenings and admire the surroundings. The owners are so kind and very helpful and they really did everything to make the stay as good as possible. Location is a bit outside of the city with magnificent nature - during the day we went by bike to Hoi An which was a lovely 15 min bike ride. During the evenings we took a taxi or a moped. Very easy!

Feel like a home away from home. The swimming pool is right outside our veranda so it felt nice sitting on the bed looking out to the pool. Great services from the owner Phung, his wife and team. Mr Phung went out of his way to ensure our comfort as we came to Hoi An Beach area right on the few hottest days of the month, Mr. Phung provided us an extra fan adding to the air-conditioner in the room. I have 2 set of dressy silk top and bottom made by his wife in 24 hours at excellent price.

A warm welcome from the lady who owns the property will await curious travellers and they will be rewarded with a beautiful experience, where one can rest and gain insights into Viet Nam. Delicious dishes were offered with the owner and life stories shared around the outdoor dining table, filed with laughter and wonder.
