Fantastic location in the Knuckles. We stayed here for 2 nights. The house is very special with many cosy seating areas and of course the stunning views outside from the rocking chairs on the terrace. The work they do for the community and their mission and vision is admirable. Nanda is a very nice host to talk to and helps you with everything like providing rain gear and leech socks for our hike .He taught us the Sri Lankan game Carrom and even played this with our kids. The food is fantastic, so many different dishes to taste from, and we loved the afternoon tea with home made cakes. Thanks a lot Nanda and team!

Perfect stay. Very attentive and nice staff. Breakfast and dinner were great and tasty. The morning walk was so enjoyable. The reading room had even a nice puzzle which we made. Nice swimming pool. We wished we could stay longer. The dogs are friendly too. Thank you very much! 😊

The house standard is higher than in any other location we've stayed in Sri Lanka. It was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The house is very well-maintained. The food was wonderful, service great. We had a very relaxing stay. It's a great base for exploring the region.

Best location i have stayed yet in Sri Lanka. This pearl has everything you need. The bed is great, the shower is gorgeous and the personel is the best i’ve seen yet. They will help you with literally anything you need and wil accomodate it for you. If something on the menu is not like your taste, they can change it to your own liking. They have a beautiful big tent on the outside of the hotel, which has a bathtub, AC and literally everything you need. There are no downsides i could mention. Like i have said…. The most stunning views in Kandy! Don’t let the stairs to the hotel put you off - the staff are incredibly helpful and will carry all your bags up for you. You’ll be rewarded by the most spectacular vista. Kobbekaduwa Bungalow is such a peaceful get away from the busyness of central Kandy and a great place to relax after a day seeing the sights. The food is absolutely delicious with options to have truly traditional Sri Lankan breakfasts, lunches and dinners! The best breakfast we’ve had while in Sri Lanka! The staff are really helpful and kind. 100% recommend.
