The bungalows, the daily cleaning, the breakfast buffet was super good. We loved the waterslides, the second smaller pool with the playground in it, the minigold, the football-billiards, the virtual chairs..... The staff was super friendly and helpful. The lifeguards took their job seriously and kept the pools and slides safe, but were very nice about telling people when they did something wrong. It exceeded our expectations, we only booked because the waterslides looked fun! I have been living in Spain for 20 years, and I have had all kinds of customer or non costumer service experiences, and I can say that was one of the best.

Lovely clean, modern bathroom, with powerful shower. Sofa was very comfortable. Lots of wardrobe space and hangers. Communal pools with Michelin star restaurant beside it 2 minutes walk at most. Fly screens on all windows so could have all windows open for breeze, then when too hot 🥵 you could close and turn on the Air conditioning that worked well. Electric awning outside was easy to use for sitting on the terrace. There is a Lidl a 10 minute walk away so you can stock up. The owner kept in touch by WhatsApp to ensure we were happy and that there were no problems, which we thought was a nice touch and had a bottle of wine and water left for us on arrival.

AC was the best. Mobile homes were nice and convenient. The pool was good. Everything was close to the camping. Camping personnel were so nice, that you can almost feel like home. Maritza was the best of them all.

The property was in a great location. I booked for my grandmother and her friend travelling. Nadia was so amazing to deal with from start to finish. My grandmother had a fall while over in Benidorm and Nadia had even offered to help. Such a wonderful experience.

The one bedroom bungalow was very clean, the bed was comfortable and there was a nice area to sit outside. The kitchen/living area was good to cook and eat. Reception staff were very helpful getting us checked in. It was perfect for the 2 of us for a busy week.
