The staff were so helpful and accommodating we also rented a bike from them and they were keeping our luggage when we did a bike trip in the area.

The homestay is nicely appointed with attractive touches. There is a kitchen with two large fridges if required but there are many well priced restaurants. Location was great - very close to the river, market and the Walking Street. Our host was able to arrange a great day tour for us which took in all the things we wanted to see. There was a little bit of a mix up regarding an English speaking guide however our host kindly refunded part of the cost and also provided us with a lovely complimentary breakfast. The bed was very comfortable. Shower was hot with great pressure. Our room was right beside some roosters so a bit of noise in the morning - nothing to worry about really unless you are a light sleeper.

Lin and the entire team at Green Riders are incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, speak excellent English, and do everything they possibly can to help you plan your trip along the Cao Bang Loop. We had a private room which we found very spacious and comfortable. We cannot recommend Green Riders enough! If you plan on experiencing the adventures of Cao Bang, look no further than Green Riders. They're the absolute best!

We had dinner with the family the second night. Food was great and we learned a lot about the area. The host has great English. Room was spotless and beds very comfy...location at the edge of town was perfect for us. We were on motorcycles and could safely park our bikes at the house.
