The farm and surrounding area is really nice. We loved being picked up by Mr T in the coconut trailer, the kids were thrilled. Mr and Mrs T and all the family are really friendly. We learnt so much walking around the village with Mr T and also on the bike ride. We also did the boat tour which I would definitely recommend. The free fruit from the farm was wonderful too. Really enjoyed our stay here.

The host - Amy - also explained how she prepared the food and the culture behind the dishes. The environment was magical. An oasis of calm in the coconut forests (although the neighbors love their daily karaoke) 😂 This is what want a homestay should be if you are looking to de connect from the city and be immersed in nature and tranquility. Finally the boat tour was full on adventure. Pushed me out of my comfort zone and I'm very grateful for it ! Plus the cats there are adorable and love cuddles. The dog - Noddy - too but I'm a cat person. Perfect homestay experience 10/10.

The neighbourhood and the homestay are so peaceful and lovely. The room was simple but very clean and comfortable. We especially loved the garden and the food. We did a half day cycling and rowing boat tour and it was simply stunning. Cuong and his mother are super lovely and made us feel like part of the family. We would come back any time (and will soon, hopefully) and can just recommend to everyone reading this to stay here for as long as possible.

Rooms have a balcony with lake views. Owners of the homestay were very nice. The man speaks english and does most of the communication through whatsapp, which is very helpful. He responded very quickly to our requests and questions. We also booked a boat tour this way. The accommodation is very nice and clean and if you would like to eat at the homestay in the evening (besides breakfast), the wife will cook for you. The food is also good!! One thing to mention is that the homestay is not located at the location on booking.com, but they will pick you up at the busstation if you ask and drop you at the accommodation. To get around the city (which is about 20 minutes away) you can borrow the motorbikes that they have. If you’re not confident driving yourself, they’ll take you on the back. That’s what we did. The main road to the city is not really walkable so the bikes are a necessity. Overall we would really recommend this homestay if you like to have some chill and quiet time in a more remote area.
