The place is located in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood, a 5-minute drive or 20-minute walk from the falls, the room is spacious and very well equipped, there is parking for a car. The house has all the necessary equipment, a coffee machine and lots of other things, an excellent breakfast with a varied menu to choose from, but the best thing of all that I mentioned is Diana, the owner of the place. Diana is very generous, warm and helpful with good advice. She makes cakes and cookies every day and makes sure to put a variety of cans of drinks in the fridge. In summary, this is the best place we have experienced so far on our six-night trip in the United States and Canada. Highly recommend the place. Score 10

It is far enough away from the busy falls area to be quiet and peaceful but close enough to walk or catch the bus. Alice gave great advice on how to get around and what to see. The best advice was to get a 2 day bus pass and you can travel on it as often as you like with the nearest stop just a short walk away. The accommodation suite was large with a separate bedroom and lounge which made our stay very comfortable plus it was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was delicious and varied each day. This is the perfect place to stay if you don’t want to be down in the centre of Niagara and we would recommend a stay with Alice.
