The house is beautiful, the furniture is very pretty, it’s in a quiet neighbourhood and there is only 2 rooms which is perfect if you want to avoid crowded hotels. We really felt at home. Sergio was very nice and helpful. All the equipments you can imagine are available: snorkelling equipment, bodyboard, sunshades, sunscreen etc.. We will tell our friends to go there and will come back with great pleasure!

Beautiful shared space for a short stay with a beautiful ocean view and access to an inviting swimming pool. We did not make the time to enjoy the pool on this visit; next time. The space was well organized with bins to store food items and access to fridge space on a nice outdoor veranda overlooking plush trees and a spectacular view of the ocean. The property is absolutely wonderful. Nice, natural landscaping that let's you feel immersed in the Hawaiian rainforest. Feels very secluded and private, while also feeling safe and welcoming. Its walking distance to a black sand, clothing optional, beach. I will definitely book here again when visiting the Big Island. I would feel safe here as a solo traveler. Stephen greeted us when we arrived to the property and was so welcoming. I immediately felt at ease in his presence. He gave us a tour and showed us to our rooms, let us know how to reach him if we needed anything. Our smoke alarm was going off one night and he came right over, checked it out and swapped the battery, fixing the problem. I traveled with a friend and we each had separate rooms. The house feels more home like, relaxing front porch, solid wood furniture, and everything you'd need. Both rooms were clean and beds comfortable. At first, I thought my bed may be too soft, but I slept SO good and woke with no pains, feeling refreshed, so it must have been just right. Bath and beach towels were in our rooms, a bathrobe, a list of hosted and local activities we may be interested in, and a little bowl of snacks too. I also appreciated they had sunscreen and bug spray available.

One specific chicken would come up to the property and lay eggs on a particular spot. Eggs look healthy and huge :D Lots of fruit trees. Owners are good people with great hospitality and nice communications. Rooms are clean, spacious, with a nice patio. beds are sooo comfortable. (The combination of sheets, comforters and mattress is something my friend and I really liked.) Weather is pleasant, view is amazing. fruits and breakfast are delicious.
