As we arrived very late or rather early in the morning we were offered a late check-out for free. I am truly grateful for that as we needed the sleep very much. There is a shop in the hotel, and the lady who works there was super helpful and knowledgeable. The buffet in the morning was superb.

Area for Improvement: To further enhance guest satisfaction, it would be great to see the inclusion of lactose-free milk and decaffeinated coffee options, especially during breakfast and afternoon service.

Akra Antalya is located on the seafront, this 5-star hotel is set in the city centre where you can enjoy the lively streets of the city accompanied by the calm and warm atmosphere of the Mediterranean landscape. The room was a good size and the beds were very comfortable. Really like the fact that there are so many pools and the beach area is very nice. The staff were extremely helpful and efficient.
